Not suitable for slow cooking!
Unfortunately, this model isn't very good at slow cooking. If you'd like to slow cook with an Instant Pot, choose a model with a sous-vide setting, as this offers temperature control accurate to 1°C. It's also great for yogurt! Read this article for more information !
