Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 70 g Brie
- 50 g Cream cheese
- 30 g cooked bacon bits
- 2 spring onions
- 6 small tomatoes
- 3 sprigs of basil
- Pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Crack the three eggs into a measuring cup.
- Add the Parmesan, cream cheese, and brie. Blend with a hand blender until smooth.
- Slice the spring onions into thin rings, cut the cherry tomatoes into slices, and tear the basil leaves.
- Add the cooked bacon and all other solid ingredients and mix together.
- Spoon everything into the silicone mold, leaving half a centimeter from the top of each cavity. Place the silicone lid on top.
- Put the rack that comes with your Instant Pot into the pot and add 250 ml of water.
- Place the filled mold on the rack and close the pot.
- Set your Instant Pot to high pressure, “low” setting, and cook for 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes, let the Instant Pot naturally release pressure for another 5 minutes.
- Open the pot, take out the mold, remove the silicone lid, place a board over the mold, and flip it over.
- With little effort, they will all release easily.
Enjoy your meal!
