Sriracha Beef

Ingredients:
Entrecote
- 450 grams entrecote
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- ¼ tablespoon five spice
- 40 g cornflour
Vegetables on the side
- 3 onions
- 2 bell peppers
- Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 200 grams broccoli
- Oil for the vegetables
- Rice for serving
Method:
Step 1: Remove the thick fat from the entrecote and cut the meat into thick bite-sized strips.
Step 2: Place the entrecote strips in a bowl and add soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, oil, and five spice. Mix well and set aside.
Step 3: Cut the onions into wedges and the bell peppers into pieces, then drizzle with a little oil.
Step 4: Put the onion and bell peppers in the air fryer and set a timer for 12 minutes at 165°C.
Note! Halfway through, shake the onions and peppers a little.
Step 5: Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and wait until the onion and peppers are done.
Step 6: Set the onion and peppers aside, preheat the air fryer to 205°C, and cook the entrecote pieces for 9 minutes.
Step 7: When the 9 minutes are up, make a little space in the air fryer for the broccoli and cook the broccoli together with the entrecote for another 4 minutes at 205°C.
Step 8: Once done, combine everything and serve, for example with some rice.
