Simple Basmati Rice
Good rice can make or break you dish. It does not matter if you are serving curry, a stir-fry or use the rice for a fried rice dish; perfectly cooked rice will make a difference. This simple recipe will help you cook 6 portions of perfect basmati rice in under 15 minutes. Get your Instant Pot Multi Cooker ready and let's get started.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of white basmati rice, rinsed
- 3 cups of water
Preparation method
- 
	Combine the rice and water in the inner pot. 
- 
	Lock the lid into place. Select Pressure Cook on High and set the time to 8 minutes. After cooking, quick release the pressure. 
-
