First up — a breakfast cookie! Ready in just 10 minutes, you can quickly and easily make this in the morning for a tasty and nutritious way to start your day. See the recipe below.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 50 g oats
- A handful of dark chocolate chips
- Greek yogurt and maple syrup to serve
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mash half a banana in a bowl, then add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, baking powder, and oats.
- Mix to combine and shape into a ball.
- Flatten into a cookie shape, press the chocolate chips into the top, and place it in a dish that fits your air fryer.
- Select Air Fry, set the temperature to 190°C and the time to 10 minutes, then close the air fryer lid.
- When prompted to “add food,” place the cookie mixture inside.
- Once cooked, serve with Greek yogurt and a drizzle of extra maple syrup.
